Eric Moskowitz – Real Estate Agent with Heart and Experience
Real estate isn't just a career for me—it's part of who I am.
Born in New Jersey, I spent my childhood moving around the country. From middle school in Beavercreek, Ohio, to high school in San Jose, California, I've experienced firsthand the challenges and excitement of new beginnings. In 2018, I moved to Washington when my son was born, and I've since fallen in love with the community here.
Growing up, my family moved from home to home, so I understand all too well the emotional weight that comes with both leaving a place you've called home and stepping into a new one. There's a unique sense of relief and excitement that comes with walking into a bedroom that's finally yours, a feeling I get to help my clients experience every day. My goal is to make that transition as smooth and stress-free as possible, because I've been there.
The decision to pursue this career was a natural one for me. My dad has been a Realtor in the Bay Area for 40 years, focusing on helping people stay in their homes during difficult times, like foreclosure. Growing up surrounded by real estate discussions, I quickly learned that it's more than just buying and selling—it's about helping people find stability and new beginnings.
I'm deeply committed to my community and have worked at local restaurants like JP's Barroom and Dino's in Renton, Enzo's in Issaquah, and The Cut Shop in Woodinville. These experiences have not only given me a love for my neighbors but have taught me the importance of building meaningful relationships and giving back.
In addition, The Pursuit Church in Kirkland has played a huge role in my personal and professional growth, especially as a father and business owner. It's been a place where I've learned the values of patience, compassion, and how to truly serve others—qualities I bring into every real estate transaction.
When I work with clients, my priority is to make them feel heard, supported, and understood. I know that real estate is more than just a transaction—it's about finding the place where you'll create memories, and I'm here to help make that process as joyful and seamless as possible.
