Born
and raised in the Edmonds/Seattle area, I’ve spent my entire life immersed in
this vibrant, diverse community. My story begins with my immigrant family, who
built a life—and a property management business—here from the ground up.
Watching their hard work and resilience inspired me to continue their legacy
and give back to the community that shaped me.
I took my first big leap at Holy Names Academy in Capitol
Hill, where I sharpened my confidence, critical thinking, and public speaking
skills—traits that continue to serve me well in real estate. After beginning my
college journey at UC San Diego, the pandemic brought me back home, where I
graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from
UW Bothell. That time taught me adaptability, grit, and the value of
connection—skills I carry with me in every transaction.
Before diving into real estate, I worked in the restaurant
industry for over five years, starting as a host and working my way up to
bartender and occasional manager. That experience helped me hone the art of
multitasking, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service. I learned how
to read a room, anticipate needs, and make people feel seen—qualities I bring
to every client interaction.
But I’m not just a Realtor—I’m your neighbor. You’ll find
me paddleboarding at Meadowdale Beach, hiking local trails, skiing the
Cascades, or browsing vendors at the Taste of Edmonds. Whether it’s beach
volleyball in Kirkland, grabbing coffee in downtown Bellevue, or wandering
through Leavenworth, I’m deeply connected to this area and the people in
it.
Fluent in Portuguese and fluent in sarcasm, I believe
humor, honesty, and a healthy lifestyle go hand-in-hand. I live by
Mediterranean values: work hard, eat well, love deeply, and always keep family
close. I also happen to have one eye—but don’t worry, I’ve got a sharp eye for
detail where it counts.
To me, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling a
house—it’s about helping you feel confident, cared for, and at ease during one
of life’s biggest decisions. I know how stressful the process can be, and I’m
here to guide you every step of the way, always going the extra mile to make it
feel effortless. My goal? That you walk away not just with a great outcome, but
with peace of mind.
“All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is
given to us.” I choose to spend mine helping others find home—and I’d be
honored to help you find yours.
