As a fisheries biotechnician I acquired data collection and team collaboration skills in remote, challenging environments, developed precision, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. During my time as a public and commercial radio communicator I learned to build strong relationships and effective communication skills through active listening and storytelling, which are crucial for understanding client goals. And as a horse trainer practiced patience, client centered service, goal-focused solutions and translated problem solving and discipline into practical client advocacy.
