With 13 years of experience in the housing industry, I currently serve as a Senior Property Manager, dedicated to providing stable housing for low-income and disadvantaged individuals. My journey to Seattle from Tulsa, OK, is complemented by a 30-year career as a radio announcer. My personal experiences, including navigating homelessness and utilizing Section 8, have provided me with a unique understanding of the challenges many face in securing housing. I leveraged that understanding, along with extensive education in housing programs, to become a multi-property owner.
I am passionate about helping others, particularly those with mental health challenges, find and maintain stable housing. My commitment extends to community service; for many years, my DJ business volunteered to support youth and families in the Seattle area. Additionally, I actively participate in annual holiday initiatives, providing toys and utility bill assistance to disadvantaged children and families. Currently, I manage multiple low-income housing properties for the disabled.
Having overcome the obstacles to homeownership, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience. As a resident of the Greater Seattle/Tacoma area, I offer valuable insights and resources to help others navigate the path to homeownership with greater ease.
