I was born in Seattle, Washington and grew up in Bellevue. I have been a resident in Kirkland since 1992 and raised my family here.
My real estate career began in 2002 in Property Management as a leasing/property manager where I learned many skills which have helped me develop into a successful professional. I work hard to build mutually beneficial business relations with homeowners and tenants.
Outside of work, I like spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy the outdoors, Audubon Society, bird watching and photography. Photographing birds, landscapes and homes helps me to better represent and market the rental properties I manage.
THE REASONS I DO WHAT I DO:
I enjoy helping others succeed. Property Management involves a variety of skills but building long term relations is the key to that success. Finding & retaining quality tenants helps the owner achieve a positive cash flow and a healthy return on investment. It also minimizes the risk and stress of dealing with problem tenants who do not pay rent on time or do not comply with the terms of the lease agreement. With the professional team I have developed around me, I have been able to reduce the owner's time spent on locating reputable contractors for maintenance and repairs. Further, with the extensive years of experience I have, you can rely on me for a realistic market analysis to determine a rental price for marketing the property, for developing quality showings, screening potential tenants, thorough inspections and for lease renewals.
